When you place an order on hethaartheater.nl, you can choose from a number of delivery options. Below, you will find more information about them.
Please note that different delivery times apply around the holidays. Check your track & trace to find out when your package will be delivered.
- Ordered on weekdays before 4 PM, is shipped the same day. You will receive an e-mail when the order has been shipped.
- You can choose the store you want to pick up your package (this only applies for orders made through hethaartheater.nl).
- If you place your order before 4 PM, you can usually pick it up at your chosen Haartheater Salon within 3 working days. You will be notified when your package is ready for you at the chosen store.
- You need to present valid identification when you pick up your package (passport, ID card or driver's licence). You are also required to print and present your order conformation.
- If you choose to have your order delivered to a different address (as a gift), the invoice will not be included in that delivery.
Cancellation of products
We carefully and constantly monitor our online product line. For the delivery of your order, we are dependent on several factors. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases, we might not have the product you ordered in stock or the product does not meet the quality standards that we set. In that case, the purchase amount of the product, including shipping costs, will be credited to you.
During very busy periods, for instance the December holidays or Easter, alternate delivery times should be taken into consideration for all delivery options. We will keep you posted on the actual delivery time.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 8 days, starting on the first day following the reception or pick-up date of the order.
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receive the good.
In order to practice the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, in writing, by post, or e-mail) that the agreement will be revoked.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Warranty and non-conformity
The legal guarantee applies to all items that you purchase from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can expect in all reasonableness. As a Haartheater customer you are entitled to a good product. If the product is not what you expect, please contact us. We will come to a solution together. You can reach us by phone, email and chat.
Consequences of the cancellation
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that moment, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice for a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery that we offer). In any case not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, we will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction - unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
Returned items will only be accepted if they are unused and wrapped in the original packaging. Cosmetics can only be returned in unopened packaging. Gift cards from Het Haartheater can not be returned.
It is not possible to exchange an item purchased in our web shop directly in a store or through the delivery service. If you would like a different size or colour, you can return the received item according to the procedure mentioned below. Then you can select a new item of your choice in our web shop.
We do not charge extra costs for the return of (part of) your order. The purchase amount of the returned item will be credited to you, excluding shipping costs. In addition to the purchase amount, possible charges for the initial shipment will also be credited in the cases mentioned below.
You will be credited the shipping costs if you received a damaged or incorrect item.
If you paid the shipping costs for the return shipment, you will be credited your shipping costs in the following 2 cases:

As soon as we received your package, the shipping costs will be credited to you according to the selected payment option of the purchase. The costs will be credited to you within 10 days after the return shipment has been received. You are requested to keep the return receipt until the shipping costs have been credited.
Returns in our stores
Of course you can always return your unopened and unused products to one of our stores. Products from our Archives can not be returned. When returning the entire shipment, you can choose yourself whether you want to receive the shipping costs as a voucher or according to the payment method of the purchase. You can also use the European model withdrawal form to let us know that you will not make the purchase. However, use of this form is not mandatory.*
Credit on the basis of payment option:
- Bank or giro transfer (paid through iDeal) Paypal or credit card: the purchase amount will be credited to your bank account as soon as possible and within 30 days.
*Around busy periods such as November and December, the handling of your returned order may be delayed. You will be kept informed about the current delivery times in the ordering process.
